  • Candlelight Restorative Yoga on Sundays

    Restorative Yoga provides healing for the body and the mind as it is a gentle form of yoga, which encourages a deep state of relaxation. As with regular formats of yoga, restorative yoga poses combined with the back mitra can treat the entire body at once or work to target more specific areas. This type of class can improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue.

    Applications of Stretch Therapy can increase an individual’s functional range of motion and reduce the possibility of future injury or re-injury, provide excellent relief from the repetitive activities that contribute to stress and tension. Stretch Therapy can free your body of its own confines, allowing for an increase in your mental and physical well-being.
